Art Afro #92 – “My World Through an Afro” by Unicia R. Buster – October 26, 2015

“My World Through an Afro” by Unicia R. Buster

The last few days, I didn’t make my Creative Sprint projects relate to my Afro project. So I’ve been doing double duty. At last, a challenge I could relate to Afros:

Day 26

YOUR ASSIGNMENT FOR TODAY
Create a frame, using any materials. Take it with you wherever you go and use it to capture anything you view as beautiful.

I initially used the outside cut-out but it was too floppy. I had to use what I cut out as my frame. It worked out better anyway. These views are what I see everyday during the week on my way home from work (I tried to get my aunt but she wouldn’t let me take her picture). Doing the project helped me to “stop and smell the roses.” How quickly we forget the beauty all around us, especially in our everyday lives.
